Am I eligible for educational loans in America, since I'm an international student?

I%26#039;m an international student. I got accepted in an American university, but I don%26#039;t have the finances to cover the gap between the offered financial aid and my expenses. Unfortunately, my university doesn%26#039;t give loans to international students. That is why I%26#039;m searching for loans from outer sources. Can you tell me are there such loans? Also, a major drawback is that I don%26#039;t have an eligible US co-signer.

Thank You.

If you are here on a student visa you are not eligible for any financial aid in the United States.

You had to prove monies in a bank account as part of the approval process for that visa. Unfortunately, those are the standards and any violation of those standards can result in deportation and loss of the student visa.
