I am a college student with a part time job. Is it possible for me to get a condo with financing?

The condo%26#039;s start out at around $190,000. My rent is $800 a month right now. I really think that this rent money could be used more efficiently for mortgage.

It doesn%26#039;t matter if you are a student and have only part time job. What matters is your credit score and how much money you have saved and how much you make (some people make more working part time, than other people working full time.)

If you have good credit score and can put some money down, you can get financing if you make about $4,000 a month and your job is secure.

Be careful not to fall for some %26quot;creative%26quot; financing offers you get online.

It depends on your other debt, along with how much you make at the part time job and how long you%26#039;ve been employed there. Oh and do you have money to put into the deal. Down money and closing cost or just down money and try to get a seller to pay for closing costs.
