I am a b.com final year student sat for the mset 2008 of ICFAI UNIVERSITY...and i have got through the xam..now on 6th of april i have been callde for the interview..to be very frank this is completely a new subject to me know nothing about it.can anybody help me with wat kinda questions might be asked in personal interview?

It has to do with the finances of a business. But before you worry about that, you might want to work on your spelling and grammar. In fact, if I were you, based on how you wrote this, I would do two things. Get your money back from whatever college you say you went to, and second, prepare yourself for a Burger job.
Actually Vodka, the grammar in my statement would meet any English teachers requirements. But nice try!
